I consider myself a specialist in fat loss and muscle building because I am constantly learning and studying this subject. On this blog, I’ll try and inform you about the latest developments and most effective methods – without any hype or hoopla.
Ever since childhood, I was fascinated by the idea of having a great body. All through high school, I worked out irregularly, ate (what I now see was) unhealthy junk food, and read all I could about health and fitness.
But there was a disconnect – between what I read and what I did!
And I was nicknamed ‘Chubby Mish’ by my pals, for carrying a cute little tire of fat around my tummy 🙂
It wasn’t until later that I realized it takes more than wishing and dreaming to enjoy a great physique. To win at fat loss and muscle building, you need desire and motivation, be able to go beyond pain and discomfort, and have the discipline to do whatever is necessary.
Even today, I don’t always like to go to the gym. But I do.
I love delicious pastries and buttery food. But I don’t eat them.
Yet I believe your motivation and desire influence one’s outcome, and in my writing I convey this important message to fellow body builders looking to lose fat and gain muscle.
To be healthy, fit and ripped, you must get off your ass, train hard and keep learning. That’s it.
That’s the underlying message of this blog.
